Through direct sponsorship, the Firm is committed to donating 1 percent of its turnover to entities and associations that leave a positive mark in the social and environmental context, then collaborating with them in organizing an event dedicated to all our stakeholders, so as to create a bridge between the Profit and the Non-Profit, facilitating connections capable of bringing a benefit to the associative reality.

We are excited to announce that, for 2024, Memesi has selected Noivoiloro in Erba as a beneficiary of our social engagement through the Memes1% project.
After a year of working with WeRoof collective, we decided to extend our support to another organization that has been making a difference in our local community for more than 35 years.
Noivoiloro is a historic social organization in the area around Erba, founded in 1987 by a group of young people with the aim of promoting solidarity, help to those in need and social service given to the most fragile people in a concrete way.
From its origins, it has chosen to be a place of gathering and meeting, open to the territory, where each person is welcomed and valued in his or her diversity and uniqueness, aware that everyone, with different tools and ways, can be of help to the other.
Noivoiloro is now a reality structured into 2 social cooperatives and 2 voluntary associations to respond in an articulate way to the complex needs of people with disabilities and social disadvantage, enriching their life paths with opportunities. At Noivoiloro, people with disabilities, thanks to the harmonious work of professionals and volunteers, can socialize, develop their autonomy, train for work, play sports, have fun in their free time. A special place, where the person is at the center, no one excluded!
