Following a competitive selection process involving several agencies, Compagnia Energetica Italiana has entrusted Memesi with the design and development of its new corporate website – a project of strong strategic relevance aimed at strengthening the brand’s digital presence and competitiveness within the Italian energy landscape.
Compagnia Energetica Italiana operates nationwide, offering electricity and gas products and services across all customer segments: private individuals, small businesses, SMEs, large enterprises, public administrations, condominium managers, and resellers. Such a diversified audience requires a platform capable of adapting to different needs, languages, and expectations; for this reason, the new website is being conceived as a functional part of the customer journey.
The cornerstone of the project is a complete redesign of the information architecture: the structure will be reorganized from the user’s perspective, enabling visitors to follow tailored, cluster-based paths according to their profile, with the objective of significantly shortening the distance between session and conversion.
One of the key evolutions supporting this shift will be the introduction of direct online contract subscription, alongside simplified access to Compagnia Energetica Italiana’s consultants. It’s a substantial upgrade compared to the current portal, a static container which primarily functions as a service showcase. The new platform will instead play a strategic role in positioning the brand as an accessible, reliable, and digitally mature energy provider.
