On Thursday, September 12, 2024, the event “Memesi x Noivoiloro” was successfully held, organized by Memesi in collaboration with and carried out at the Noivoiloro association in Erba. It was an evening dedicated to ethical and strategic themes such as social sustainability and corporate responsibility. The Association and entrepreneurs met to share experiences, ideas, and projects.
During the event, which included an hour of listening and excursus, we had the pleasure of hearing from:
- Luca Bernasconi, Co-founder and Managing Director of Memesi, which recently became a Benefit Corporation;
- Ambrogio Ripamonti, President of Noivoiloro;
- Licia Faretra, Head of Noivoiloro Lavoro Social Cooperative;
- Christian Borghi, Consultant at Ustainable;
- Alessandro Fermi, Regional Councilor for University, Research, and Innovation.
Our speakers thoroughly examined the challenges and opportunities of social sustainability from various perspectives, offering concrete ideas for a shared commitment between businesses, associations, and institutions. After the presentation, an aperitif dinner was served by the NOIVOILORO LAVORO division, a type B social cooperative, which involves people with disabilities and vulnerabilities through protected employment. The active participation of all guests and the quality of the relationships built made the event a true success.
