Memesi grows and opens a second space inside Palazzo Pantera, in Como.
An expansion that is at once physical and evolutionary: an extension of our studio in Via Rodari 9, located just opposite, across the courtyard, on the ground floor.
We stay where we are, but with a presence that becomes broader, more structured, more full of potential. This new space marks a continuation, a deliberate choice to strengthen our roots in a place that has already become part of our daily work and identity. The new space hosts a larger meeting room, designed to welcome both our team and our clients. A place conceived for dialogue, for sharing, for discussion and exchange. As in our existing office, design elements play an essential role: objects, materials, and spatial choices contribute to creating an environment that supports focus, openness, and quality of thought.
The courtyard of Palazzo Pantera is a strategic point. Just a few meters from the Duomo of Como, it sits at the intersection of history, culture, and everyday movement. Confirming and expanding our presence here was a natural decision: staying in the heart of the city means remaining connected to its rhythms, its energy, and its capacity to generate encounters.
We feel the need to give form to new ways of working, to create conditions that allow ideas to emerge, mature, and evolve. More space means more room for projects, for people, for conversations that require time and attention. It means investing in the quality of the process, not just in its outcomes.
Looking ahead, this new environment may also open up to initiatives that go beyond Memesi itself. It is a possibility we are exploring, a trajectory still in its early stages.
